Terms of Sale

The PaletteBuddy subscription is sold by:

These Terms of Sale govern the subscription to PaletteBuddy by any adult natural person acting outside any commercial or professional activity.

The annual subscription is offered at €19.99 incl. tax.

VAT not applicable, art. 293 B French Tax Code. The editor benefits from the French VAT exemption regime; no VAT is charged.

Payment is made by credit card via Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, Ireland). No banking data transits or is stored on the editor's servers. Invoices are generated automatically and sent by email.

The subscription lasts one (1) year and is automatically renewed for successive one-year periods unless cancelled by the Customer before expiry.

Under French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from subscription to withdraw without justification. By ticking "I request immediate performance and waive my right of withdrawal", the Customer accepts that service starts before the end of this period and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once fully performed.

The Customer may cancel anytime from "My account". Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no pro-rata refund is due.

In case of unresolved dispute, the Customer may contact the consumer mediator:

These terms are governed by French law.
