These Terms of Use cover the free and paid usage of the service. Commercial terms (pricing, payment, withdrawal) are detailed in the Terms of Sale.

1. Purpose of the Service

PaletteBuddy (the "Service") is a wardrobe color assistant. It allows users to analyze the color of a garment or accessory from a photo and compare it with a seasonal color profile previously determined by the user or a professional.

The Service does not determine your personal color profile. Results are indicative only.

2. Scope of analysis

Only garments, fabrics and accessories — never skin, hair, eyes or biometric data. Photos never leave your browser.

3. Account

Creating an account requires a valid email, username and password. You must be at least 15 (digital consent age in France). You may delete your account anytime from "My account".

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to bypass usage limits, scrape data, upload illegal content or attempt to access other accounts.

5. Free quota and paid subscription

Free usage is limited (3 trials + 1 daily). Unlimited access requires a paid subscription governed by the separate Terms of Sale.

6. Intellectual property

The Service is protected by IP law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". Liability is capped at the amount paid by the Customer in the last 12 months.

8. Amendments

Substantial changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

9. Governing law

French law applies.
